So, what is this detachment phase?

It’s not a phase where you are trying to disappear from the world or force people to forget you or run away from people or the world. You’re just trying to breathe. It’s when your body, mind, and soul decide it’s tired of the noise.

People don’t talk about this enough, but detachment isn’t a flaw— it’s feedback. This phase is your soul, mind, and body’s way of saying “hold on”, “pause”, “think about this, it’s also saying:
